  Wendy is rude and unprofessional. Im not sure how she is getting these google reviews removed either as they are 100% true and correct. Avoid this "agency" and use a professional agency to manage or sell your property

  Wendy is rude, unprofessional and really has no idea what she is doing. Wendy didn't know if she was the "agent or property manager" when asked by VCAT on her role. Wendy, also is a bully and will send you multiple non sensical emails full of conspiracy theories (like she has below in her response). In response to the below, you and your landlord didn't offer me a fair deal you actually wanted me to pay over $5,500 in existing damages that were on a condition report when we moved in, it wasn't a "fair deal" it was actually EXTORTION when you told us just give us $1,000 and we will settle. Also if you continue to leave fake google reviews on my business page in which you have not had any dealings with (except when you left fake reviews on my facebook page) , you will find yourself with a defamation case brought against you, so how about you stop the harassment and let VCAT do their job and sort it out.
